Dua tertuduh dera adik kandung hingga maut yang merupakan pasangan suami isteri hanya mengangguk paham selepas pertuduhan dibaca mengikut Seksyen 302 Kanun Keseksaan kerana membunuh yang dibaca bersama Seksyen 34 di hadapan Majistret Hazwanie Hussain Bustari 08.09.2016


Dimaklumkan mangsa Nudzirah Nur Safiah Sabaruddin, 2, diberi hak penjagaan kepada pasangan muda itu semenjak Aidilfitri lalu ,karena ibunya bekerja di kuala lumpur.Penderaan terhadap kanak kanak tersebut diduga berlaku antara 30 Julai hingga 29 Ogos yang menyebabkan mangsa meninggal dunia di Klinik Kesihatan,paka.

Bekas pelajar: Smk Seksyen 10 Kota Damansara


Bagaimanapun kedua dua tertuduh berdepan hukuman mati karena mendera Nudzirah Nur Safiah Sabaruddin, 2, hingga meninggal dunia dengan kecederaan yang serius.
